Special Shareholders Meeting to Approve Picogina Acquisition and Non-Brokered
Private Placement.
A special shareholders meeting will be held to approve the definitive agreement with Energy (CG) Ltd. regarding the proposed purchase of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares ("The Acquisition") of Picogina Holdings BV and the non-brokered private placement of Saxon units. The meeting will take place on Friday, November 21, 2008 in Vancouver, BC. Canada at the Metropolitan Hotel at 9:00 am PST in the "Beijing Room".
